REPORTS

Our reports are clear and concise. Your reports will be available to you and all concerned parties within a maximum of two clear working days of the test. They can be made available in hard copy by post, or emailed to you in a PDF format.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

Our fully accredited technicians will help you all the way, Including free pre site test visits to help you or your site agents to prepare your building for the test. Ensuring you achieve the best results possible. On the day of the test our technicians will ensure the building is ready, and once the test has been completed you or your site agent will be verbally informed of the result before we leave the site.

WHAT IF MY BUILDING FAILS?

In the event your property fails the test. You or your site agent will  be invited to join our technician who will repeat the test and endeavour to establish the cause of the failure. This may include a free smoke pencil test if required, to establish leakage pathways. If the cause of the failure can be identified and rectified on the day of the test we will carry out the retest free of charge. Should we have to return to carry out the retest our standard rates will apply.

We cover a wide area of the South of England including Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Surrey, London, Devon, Somerset, Cornwall and Wiltshire.
