SAP Calculations EPC's and SBEM's

SAP Calculations. From April 2006 part L1 of the building regulations Changed. This is to improve the energy efficiency of all new homes.It is now statutory that you are able to show the local authority or an approved inspector, that not only do your design proposals comply. But the as built home also complies  with an air pressure test. 

SBEM Assessment. SBEM assessments otherwise known as Simplified Building Energy Model is a calculation applied to determine the rating of existing and new commercial buildings. Here again we can provide you with an accredited assessor who will help and guide you through the entire length of you project. 

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’S). As with SAP Calculations all new dwellings require an EPC in order to comply with Part L of the 2006 Building Regulations. Once your project is complete our SAP assessor can raise your EPC and provide you with a copy we can also lodge your certificate with the appropriate government authority.
